The cleanliness left much to be desired, particularly with mold issues in the bathroom and dusty curtains that could use a wash. Internet connectivity was unstable, leaving us frustrated when trying to plan activities. The description of the family room needs a serious update, as the placement of the beds barely allowed for any space to walk between them, making for a cramped experience.

I absolutely expected a coffee maker in my Double or Twin room, but sadly there was none. The staff were incredibly cold, never smiling or offering help. I almost gave a good review, but the lack of special treatment just made the experience so ordinary. Such a disappointment for a supposedly decent hotel!
